InvoiceWala is currently early-stage software. We want billing to be simple and fair for freelancers and small businesses.

Founding Accounts

The first 1,000 eligible customers receive a free founding account. No subscription payment or payment method is collected, so there is no subscription charge to refund.

Future Paid Services

If InvoiceWala introduces optional paid services later, their price, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before purchase. A founding account will not be converted into a paid subscription automatically.

Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us with your account email, payment reference and issue details.
